What we do

- Fix — workshop repairs for HDMI ports, disc drives, overheating, stick drift, board-level faults and more, with a tracking code from booking to collection.
- Upgrade — genuine console and controller parts, storage upgrades, and DIY repair kits with the right tools for the job.

How we grade pre-owned hardware
Nothing goes on sale until it has been opened, cleaned, re-pasted where needed, function-tested through a full boot and gameplay cycle, and photographed. Cosmetic wear is described honestly on the product page, and every pre-owned item carries a GEXC warranty — because we would not sell something we were not willing to stand behind.
Why buy pre-owned from us
A tested pre-owned console costs materially less than new, keeps working hardware out of landfill, and comes with a warranty and a repair shop that already knows the machine inside out. If it does go wrong, you are not posting it to a call centre — you are sending it back to the bench it came from.
